Melissa Samar, Broker/Owner
A longtime Florida resident, I love helping others find their slice of paradise here. I enjoy buying and selling real estate both as an investment and as a profession, acquiring properties for personal use as well as for investment. Not only do I have an abundance of energy, expertise, and enthusiasm that enables me to get the job done, I know what it is like to be in your shoes!!
I earned a B.S. degree from Florida Gulf Coast University in Health Science/Health Administration, graduating Summa Cum Laude. A long career as a healthcare executive gave me valuable experience in contract negotiations, marketing, and working with people from all walks of life. After retiring from that role, I dove full time into real estate working for others while continuing the investing side of my real estate portfolio. As owner and broker of Picket Fence Realty LLC and the owner/instructor for Elevate Real Estate School, I am immersed in the local real estate market. Aside from that, I have connections all over the country of agents I work with on a regular basis. This allows me to help my customers and clients even when they have out of state real estate needs.
As a Florida licensed real estate instructor, I opened and run a school that provides education for agents working in the business. I have authored several courses that are designated by the State of Florida as continuing education, and have served as a Florida Realtors faculty member I believe education is the path to the highest level of professionalism and enjoy teaching others how to best serve their clients and customers.
In addition to my broker and instructor role, I am active in our local Realtors association, serving on several committees that I feel enhance the relationship between Realtors and the community while advocating for homeowner rights in our state. I am a graduate of the Leadership Development Program and served on our local Board of Directors. I am the chairperson of the Professional Standards Committee which is one of my passions…upholding the ethics that should be expected from Realtors when serving their customers and their community.
When not working, I enjoy traveling in my RV, pickleball, golf, running, and chasing after my furry kids at home. I help our local community through volunteer work and support other local small businesses whenever possible.

David Leo is a real estate agent who goes the extra mile to assist his clients anyway that he can.
His strong work ethic coupled with the dedication to explore every opportunity for those seeking to invest in real estate, allows him to provide a clear insight and deliver honest answers to any questions you may have. He is committed to providing the highest standard of communication.
He has called Central Florida home for nearly a decade, owning a home in the city of Tavares. He was raised in Southwest Florida and attended Estero High School in Estero, Florida and spent time on active duty in the United States Coast Guard.
His knowledge of the Central Florida area allows him to guide and educate his clients with each neighborhood. He stays up to date on the real estate market on a daily basis and is always up to date with current trends to inform his clients of emerging opportunities.
He has not always been just a real estate agent; David spent almost a decade working within The Villages, primarily in new development production and worked closely with builders, inspectors and other real estate agents. He has worked for flooring and cabinet companies and has assisted with several remodels and new home constructions over the years. His knowledge gives him a leg up in the industry and as an agent, it’s beneficial when working with individuals looking for investment properties or real estate in general.
David has refreshing enthusiasm and spirited determination and he will work nonstop to make your real estate goals become a reality.
When not helping buyers and sellers realize their dreams, David can be found following college and NFL games, riding in his Jeep, or working on his latest remodeling project.
